If you are not sure about the final size and composition of your party at the time you make the booking, please note that it is possible to book the Villa and thus secure your preferred dates, and add the Riad Suite to your booking later if needed. However, please also note that the Riad Suite can only be added to a booking for the entire duration of the stay. It is not possible to book the Riad Suite independently of the villa.

All relevant booking documentation will be sent to you via email. It is important to check carefully all the details of your booking once you receive it and to contact us immediately if you have any queries. We will not be responsible for any information you do not receive as a result of your failure to provide a valid email address.

Bookings will be confirmed after receiving the required deposit. The confirmation date shall be the date upon which the deposit is received by us from you.

Reservations are nominative and stays at Dar El Sadaka cannot be sold, awarded as prizes or otherwise transferred unless with the prior express written authorisations from both the Reservation Holder and Dar El Sadaka.

On paying the deposit you acknowledge that you accept, on behalf of yourself and each of your travelling companions, all the lodging terms and conditions set forth in this document, and you warrant to Dar El Sadaka that you have authority to do so.

Payment terms

Payments for bookings must be made in the currency, by the method of payment and according to the payment schedule stated in your reservation form. Payment currency, method and schedule cannot be changed once your booking is confirmed.

If you reject your booking in these circumstances, all monies which have been already paid by you to us by the date of cancellation will be repaid less Dar El Sadaka’s reasonable expenses in respect of the booking.

Under no circumstances will Dar El Sadaka be liable to you for any financial recompense in the event of a change which does not lead to a cancellation. In the event that a refund is provided to you, we shall not be responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate which may occur in the time between our receipt of the payments and the time the refund is processed.
